For more than 50 years we have been planning, constructing, renting and selling real estate, including as a service provider where necessary. We focus our work on the needs of the people who live and work, stay overnight or shop in the buildings. With more than 650 projects, we are one of the largest developers in Europe. The head office in Cologne, together with local sites, is responsible for projects in Germany and the Benelux countries, and the head office in Vienna for those in Austria and the CEE region.
