With Hold Estate, we are responsible for the development of a real estate portfolio for our parent company STRABAG SE. We are thus expanding our range of services to include long-term, strategic property management and managing the diverse asset portfolio (office, residential, hotel, mixed-use neighborhood properties).

This creates independence because we can focus on quality, location and innovation - without having to meet short-term return expectations.

We search for properties in interesting cities throughout Europe in order to take them into our portfolio on a long-term basis.

The focus here is on investments in a wide variety of asset classes, whether as single properties, mixed-use or mixed-use neighborhood properties.

In addition to the purchase of completed buildings, this also involves early partnership in project developments in the conception phase.
