In Vienna's trendy district of Leopoldstadt, you will find the up-and-coming, lively urban quarter of Nordbahnviertel and its diverse landscape park "Freie Mitte". The infrastructure of the 2nd district is just as lively as the district itself. Excellent links with the nearby Praterstern area are guaranteed, as well as a wide range of recreational activities: A skate park, volleyball courts as well as a communal garden are waiting for you.

01 The project is located on the Nordbahnhof area, right next to the "Freien Mitte". Transport hubs such as the Praterstern, Taborstrasse or the Handelskai can be reached in a few minutes.
02Explore the city by bike. In a just few minutes you will be in the Augarten public park, on the Prater Hauptallee, on the Donauinsel (Danube Island) and in the city centre.
03There is a lot to discover in the second district: A diverse restaurant and bar scene, fascinating markets, lots of art studios, a colourful cultural offering and entertainment at the Wurstelprater amusement park.

About THE WILD

THE WILD has been built in compliance with the highest ecological building standards of the "bauXund" quality seal. The apartments are divided into a total of four residential buildings: two tall town houses and two smaller patio houses. These buildings also emphasise the property's connection to nature once again and are built as convertible and green wood hybrid houses.
