Two New Residential Towers in Mlynské Nivy

STRABAG Real Estate has launched the sale of apartments in the new “Brenner Residence” residential project. The development is located in the Nivy district, directly adjacent to STRABAG’s Slovakian headquarters. While the site is currently being prepared for construction, prospective buyers can already choose from a diverse range of floor plans, apartment sizes and orientations.

STRABAG Real Estate is developing two residential towers in this rapidly growing district. STRABAG Pozemné staviteľstvo is responsible for the construction as general contractor. Apartment sales are being handled in cooperation with real estate agency GRAVITAS.

The taller of the two towers comprises 18 above-ground floors, while the lower tower has 13. A total of 193 apartments and residential units are being created, ranging from one-bedroom apartments to spacious four-bedroom homes of up to 90 m² of living space. Each unit features a balcony, loggia or terrace, extending the living space with a private outdoor area.

Brenner Residence is designed for individuals, couples and families looking to combine urban living in a well-connected location with a thoughtfully designed courtyard and modern infrastructure. Most of the parking spaces in the underground garage will be available for rent. This provides additional flexibility and reduces the initial investment required when purchasing an apartment. Commercial spaces on the ground floor further complement the development.

An important part of the project is the implementation of measures to improve the local transport infrastructure. Jarabinková Street will be expanded to two lanes. In addition, a new pedestrian walkway and cycle path will be built along Mlynské Nivy Street, benefiting the entire district.
