Promotion Mein:G

1. Promotion Details

When purchasing a condominium in the Mein:G project during the promotional period, buyers will receive a price reduction of EUR 5,000 per room. The number of rooms stated in the data sheet of the respective condominium is decisive, i.e. bedrooms and living rooms.

Other spaces (e.g. hallways, storage rooms, bathrooms and kitchens) and outdoor areas (loggias, terraces or balconies) are not considered rooms for the purposes of this promotion.

This means a saving of:

• EUR 10,000 for a 2-room apartment

• EUR 15,000 for a 3-room apartment

• EUR 20,000 for a 4-room apartment

2. Promotional Period

The promotion applies to purchase offers submitted and accepted by 31 January 2027.

3. Application of the Price Reduction

The price reduction will be deducted from the listed purchase price of the respective condominium. Accordingly, the purchase offer and the subsequent purchase agreement will state only the reduced purchase price.

4. Combination with Other Offers

This promotion cannot be combined with any other price reductions, special terms or promotional offers.

5. Reservation of Rights

The seller reserves the right to withdraw, terminate or amend the promotion at any time, but no later than the conclusion of the purchase agreement, without giving reasons. No legal claims may be derived from this promotion.
