DC Musicflats overview
Special requirements need special features - a credo that the DC Musicflats fulfill in every respect. All 3-room apartments have a soundproofed room. Some apartments are already equipped with rehearsal booths. All apartments without a rehearsal room can be retrofitted with the appropriate delivery time. Ideal not only for musicians, but also for podcasters, influencers, or people using social media platforms! A modern fitted kitchen with all appliances is already available, and landscaped outdoor areas invite you to relax and unwind.
