The campus on the beautiful blue Danube

Synergies from the most diverse areas of life, from leisure and work, can be optimally utilized here. Companies, as well as employees, will find completely new standards for doing, working, and creating together in the DC Waterline. Above this, Musicflats will be built for the first time, each combining private rehearsal rooms with the highest level of living comfort. The quarter is home to a kindergarten area and school campus.
