The Nordbahnviertel in Vienna's 2nd district impresses with its central location in Vienna. The "Grätzl" has excellent public transport connections and is easily accessible by car and bicycle. The Praterstern transportation hub with numerous S-Bahn, subway, bus and streetcar connections is just a few minutes' walk away.

About the Nordbahnviertel

An up-and-coming new district and innovative living space for 40,000 people has been created here. 70 stores, an educational campus, modern office space, all leisure facilities and spacious green oases make the district a best-practice example of a "city of short distances" with a particularly high quality of life. Pedestrians and cyclists clearly have priority here. The creation of socially mixed neighborhoods is an essential component of active neighborhood and community management.
