In keeping with an old tradition, a time capsule containing a copy of the building permit, a current newspaper, some Romanian leu, the business cards of the project participants, a floor plan, a press release, and an image brochure for the project was buried as well. The ceremony’s guests were subsequently invited to a summer lunch at Aria TNB restaurant (Teatrul Naţional Bucureşti).

In the showcase project developed by STRABAG Real Estate and STRABAG S.R.L. in the Romanian capital, planners have taken all important aspects into account during the design stage: appealing building design, generous open spaces on all levels, plenty of greenery, and excellent infrastructure. The seven-story complex comprises 7,500 m² of offices along with a 500 m² commercial area on the ground floor. Large terrace areas and a green garden are available for exclusive use by the tenants. The location is optimal: Arghezi 4 is easily and quickly accessible via all means of public transportation – metro, bus, and tramway. Tenants and visitors can comfortably walk to the old town featuring the most popular sights or take a stroll down Calea Victoriei, Bucharest’s most famous street. With a view to LEED V4 Gold certification, new climate- and resource-friendly materials and methods are being used in the building’s construction, which is scheduled for completion in late 2023. The first tenant, iGaming provider EveryMatrix, will then move 350 employees into its new 7,500 m² corporate headquarters at Arghezi 4.
