Promotion MeinG

1. Promotion details When purchasing a condominium in the Mein:G project during the promotion period, buyers will receive a discount of EUR 5,000 per room (the number of rooms specified in the data sheet for the respective condominium, i.e., bedrooms and living rooms, is decisive). Other rooms (e.g., hallways, storage rooms, bathrooms, kitchens) or open spaces (loggias, terraces, or balconies) are not considered rooms for the purposes of this promotion.

2. Promotion period The promotion applies to purchase offers that are submitted and accepted by December 31, 2025.

3. Granting of the discount The discount will be deducted from the list price of the condominium in question. The purchase offer and subsequent purchase agreement will therefore only show the reduced purchase price.

4. Combinability This promotion cannot be combined with other discounts or special conditions or special promotions.

5. Reservations The seller reserves the right to revoke, terminate, or change the promotion at any time (but no later than the conclusion of the purchase agreement) without giving reasons. No legal claims can be derived from this promotion.
