Direkt am ICE-Bahnhof Köln-Deutz entsteht mit dem neuen Businessquartier eine der ersten Büroadressen der Stadt.

Highlights:Wo die Welt sich trifft

In prominenter Citylage in Köln-Deutz wächst bis 2025/26 die MesseCity Köln heran: Sechs Gebäude, abwechslungsreiche Klinkerarchitektur sowie Plätze, Gassen und Gastronomie formen ein lebendiges Geschäftsviertel. Drei Büro- und ein Hotelgebäude sind bereits gebaut und bezogen, zwei weitere folgen bis 2025. Die Bauten sind nach Bahnhöfen aus aller Welt benannt – Orte, die ebenso für Austausch und Begegnung stehen wie die MesseCity Köln selbst.

01 First-class address: central location, view of the cathedral and excellent transport links with an ICE train station on the doorstep.

02 Centerpiece: The extensive MESSEBALKON staircase connects the train station and Koelnmesse and is the central square.

03Mega tenant: ZURICH Insurance leased 2.5 of the first four buildings and thus approx. 60,000 sqm of office space.

04One hotel ensemble, two trendy concepts: Adina Apartment and Motel One.

05Einladung zum Verweilen: THE ASH, L'Osterie oder die Motel One Bar ziehen nicht nur Hotel-Gäste und Messebesucher an.

06 CENTRAAL, the KPMG secured the second and last 60 meter high point. The move is planned for 2024.

07ROSSIO: The red brick building will probably complete MesseCity Cologne in 2025. There is still space available here.
